Package Securely
Place the unused knives or accessories in their original WÜSTHOF packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items at our facility, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
